At the request of parties or the tribunal, AIMA can propose, appoint and administrate independent experts and neutrals to provide technical assistance to parties and tribunals on specific issues during the ADR process.

Depending on the service required, fees may be standard or based on the complexity and urgency of the matter as well as the number,
seniority and experience of the panelists selected. Clients are encouraged to discuss the fee structure with us at the commencement of
a matter.

We keep all our clients well informed of all charges in advance of any commencement of work enabling clients to make informed
decisions.
